Return Policy

I offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, & in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided as well as instructions on how & where to send your package.

* Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged

Refunds

Once I’ve received & inspected your return I will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

*Please be mindful that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund too.

If unapproved, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges & Cancellations

If you’ve changed your mind for any reason you may cancel your order within 2 hours after payment. Please be sure to send me an email within that timeframe. 

Exchanges can be made within 7 days after receiving your item.

To qualify for exchange items must be listed at the same price point.

Original purchase items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, & in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*The most efficient way to exchange an item would be to cancel within 2 hours of payment or initiate a return & make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception & contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue & work to make it right.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to: 

Perishable Goods such as food, flowers, or plants

Custom Products such as special orders or personalized items

Personal Care Goods such as beauty products

Hazardous Materials such as flammable liquids, or gases
